  • Improve motivation skills.

  • Improve speech and communication skills.

  • Promote language processing skills by following directions and sequential actions.

  • Improve imagination skills.

  • Improve self discipline skills.

  • Develop focus and concentration skills.

  • Develop empathy, kindness, and accountability for one's actions through communication with the horse.

  • Improve physical skills including balance.

  • Develop a relationship with the horse as a partner and companion.

  • Help horses within their lives.

  • Improve horses' behaviour in the facility.

Methods:

Horsemanship skills using the horse's language are taught with consideration to the capabilities of each individual student. A single lesson may include some of the following skills:

  • moving the horse forward

  • backing the horse

  • turning the horse away from you

  • turning the horse toward you

  • lunging at the walk, trot, and lope

  • changing the direction of the horse's movement

  • changing the speed of the horse's movement

  • stopping the horse

  • playing with the horse at liberty (without halter, lead, or lunge line - same as above)

If all of the above is not enough reason for you to book than let us tell you that you will get a private session on that day as well and this is usually $100 per session. A session is usually 45 minutes or less if your horse is not able to concentrate for that long.

So you are getting a great seminar plus a private session and food from only $195. This is a great deal!

We are looking forward to receive your booking request.
