We guarantee that we don't pass on personal data to third parties without the consent of the affected person.

Pet policy

• Alexander MacKenzie Ranch is open to Dogs only. Other pets aren't permitted.

• Your dog must be well trained and mannered. Absolutely no aggressive dogs are allowed.

• A non-refundable pet fee of $10/night plus taxes is added to the accommodation rate.

• Dogs are not allowed in bedrooms; on beds or couches.

• Pet owner will be responsible for the repair or replacement of any items stained or damaged by their pet, as well as for injuries to persons or other animals on and off the ranch caused by their dog.

• Maximum of 1 large or 2 small breed dogs.

• Accommodation for people bringing their dog(s) is limited to the ranch house if it is rented completely.

• Alexander MacKenzie Ranch is not responsible for any injury to the dog, caused by whatever reason.

• Pet owner who to choose not to register their pet will be charged a $150 cleaning fee.

• Pets may not be left unattended by the pet owner at any given time. This is also for the safety of your pet.

Cancelation

A deposit of 30% is required at time of booking. This is non refundable but can be applied to a future booking within the same year. Full payment has to be completed 2 weeks ahead of arrival. We advice a travel insurance. Cancellation 30 days and less prior to arrival requires full payment.

Guests for horseback riding only have to cancel at least 24 hrs ahead of their booked ride or full payment is required.

General Policy

A person who negligently or intentionally causes damage to the guest ranch or any furniture or furnishings within the guest ranch, shall be liable for damages sustained by the innkeeper, including the guest ranch's loss of revenue resulting from the inability to rent or lease rooms while the damage is being repaired.

We assume no liability for theft, loss, and/or damage to your vehicle and its contents.

Exclusion of liability for the use of external links

We have put links to other web sites and pages on the Internet. To all these links applies: We would like to emphasize that we have no influence on the contents or the design of the connected web sites and pages.
